Rolling Stones in Bucharest - 17.07.2007

2008 was the year of good concerts. After Kylie with "Kylie X Tour" and George Michael with "Live 25 Tour" in May, Rolling Stones made us the honor to perform live in Bucharest. Location: Lia Manoliu Stadium. July 17th. A Bigger Bang Tour
There are not enough words to describe it. They are a legend. And Mick Jagger is a phenomenon. He's over 60 but he acts like a teenager. He was the heart and soul of the show.

The idea of having a moving stage was great. People standing in the middle of the stadium had the chance to see them closer. It was unpleasant for us, standing very close to the stage. But after all we got to see them close for the rest of the show.

Again, the concert was sold out. Over 50.000 people attended. 62 meters long stage, hundreds of lights and a setlist that made everybody happy.

The first to enter the stage was Keith Richards. He said "Buna seara, Bucuresti! Salut Romania!", meaning Good evening Bucharest! hello Romania!
Then the concet started. Hit after hit: "You Got the Silver" and "Wanna Hold You", "It's Only Rock and Roll (But I Like It)", "Satisfaction" and "Honky Tonk Women", "Paint It Black" ("Aftermath") and "Jumping Jack Flash".

Impressive fireworks ended an unforgetable night.
